Caring for Your Mental Health during the COVID-19 pandemic

mentalhealth1_1.jpgCaring for your mental health is important in these unprecedented times. The COVID-19 pandemic brings a high level of stress and anxiety as it rapidly changes the way we work, socialize and live. 

Access to a new digital therapy is now available to all Manitobans experiencing low to mid symptoms of anxiety due to the pandemic. AbilitiCBT is a confidential, free and convenient new digital therapy program from Morneau Shepell.

AbilitiCBT can help you:

  • Learn what anxiety is and how it affects your emotions, mind, body and behaviour.
  • Reduce anxiety by learning cognitive behavioural therapy skills and using them to change responses to triggers.
  • Develop coping strategies to track and reduce anxiety and better manage daily activities.
