The dust has settled on last month's Division-wide drawing challenge. Inktober takes place in October and students are encouraged to draw once a day over the month to develop their art skills, have fun, and express themselves.
In early November, Arts Coordinator Catharine Rivard selected the first and second place winners for students that choose to enter their pieces in the Inktober Art Contest in one of four grade categories.
This is the second year SJASD has participated in Inktober. "It is wonderful to see students putting themselves into their work. They are so proud of what they have created," said Catharine.
Congratulations to winners and all the students who took part in the challenge.
