​       The majority of Physical Education classes will be happening outside for the foreseeable future.  With that in mind it is important that students dress to be active (layers are ideal), and are wearing a pair of athletic shoes or have a pair they can change into in their backpack/gym bag.  Rain and/or unsafe field conditions will be the only thing that will prevent a Physical Education class from being outdoors for the next while.

All students will bring their backpacks outside with them for gym and will place them outside along marked areas of the tarmac (2 metres apart).  They may choose to wear their mask for Physical Education class and take periodic mask breaks (if they are 2 metres or more away from others), or they can place their mask in their gym bag and do their best to maintain a 2 metre distance from others. It is recommended they have a couple of paper bags or pockets in their gym bag to consistently place dirty and clean masks.   All students must wash/sanitize their hands prior to and after each Physical Education class.
