If you have not yet paid your school fees for the 2025-2026 school year, please do so before the end of the school year. If your require alternate payment arrangements, please contact the school principal. School fees are set up to receive payment through School Cash On-Line. All School Fees are to be paid using School Cash On-Line. 

School Cash Online is an easy to use and safe way to pay for your children’s school fees. Now, with a few clicks, you can pay for your child’s yearbook, class trips and so much more from your own home. All you have to do is register an account, attach your children to your account and in no time you will be able to make payments online. School Cash Online accepts many different payment forms.

GATORS COMMUNITY CONNECTION​




  • LUNCH SUPERVISORS NEEDED – STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026!
    • Do you know of a high school student, or neighbour that may have an hour (11:50-12:50) to work with us each day to support supervision of lunchrooms and outdoor/indoor lunch activities? This is a paid position ($17.99/hour).
    • Please have any interested individuals contact Ms. Bell at the school.

VOLUNTEER WITH US – NEW POLICY REQUIREMENTS!

  • Volunteer Drivers MUST complete our NEW Volunteer Package if planning to drive any students, other than their own child, within or beyond the school day, IF arranged by the school. 
  • If you have a child who plans to be involved in any athletics, arts, or cultural activities who may require a VOLUNTEER DRIVER, we need you to complete the required forms and checks as soon as possible. Checks may take up to six weeks to process.
  • Find all SJASD forms on our school website – All FEES for Criminal Record and Child Abuse Record Checks are COVERED by the division.
  • Volunteer documents are also required by any individuals wishing to volunteer with learning experiences within the school and/or on school trips.

    To our Gators Families,


    Looking ahead to next year, we are inviting ALL families who intend to have kids involved in school or divisional activities to complete the attached VOLUNTEER PACKAGE. In order to VOLUNTEER on field trips, in classrooms, or with events with our students, or to be a VOLUNTEER DRIVER and transport a child other than your own both inside and outside the regular school day, this package including all required CRIMINAL RECORDS and CHILD ABUSE searches MUST BE COMPLETED. All COSTS for these checks ARE COVERED by the St. James-Assiniboia School Division. As this process does take time to complete, we are asking you to begin now so you are certified to support student learning, arts, athletics, and cultural events before September 2026.
