Golden Gate has collected almost 1700 used writing utensils since this program was first launched in the Fall of 2018.
We are also collecting used sharpies, highlighters, pens & mechanical pencils in addition to markers.
Accepted Waste items for Recycling include:
- Pens and pen caps
- Mechanical pencils
- Markers and marker caps
- Highlighters and highlighter caps
- Permanent Markers and marker caps
