​The Hepatitis B (HBV), Human Papillomavirus (HPV9), and the Meningococcal (Men-C-ACYW-135) vaccines will be offered in Grade 6 as part of the Manitoba school-based immunization program. HBV and HPV are two doses each, given six months apart. The first dose was offered in the fall 2025 and the second dose will be offered in the spring 2026 - April 29th in the morning. Meningococcal vaccine is one dose and was offered in the fall 2025. As a result, your child may receive up to three separate vaccinations in the fall of 2025. ​ Public Health will review your child’s immunization record to determine if your child requires Tdap or Tdap-IPV vaccine.​
