Lincoln Middle School will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Friday, December 17th for students and family members. Know that a vaccination proceeds only with informed consent from Parent/Guardians. ONLY students who have completed forms will be vaccinated. Vaccination Clinic at Lincoln Middle School on Friday Dec. 17th: - 1:00 - 3:30 pm: In-School Clinic for students to be vaccinated without a parent present for only those that have submitted consent online or by paper form last week. - 3:30 - 6:30 pm: Pop-Up School Community Clinic for students to be vaccinated with their parents present. No online or paper form is required to attend. The after-school Pop-Up School Community Clinic from 3:30-6:30 pm is geared towards vaccinating the students and families of Lincoln Middle School. However, adult doses of an COVID-19 vaccination will be available for any siblings/parents/ guardians wishing to be vaccinated at the same time. Please note that limited amounts of vaccine are available at this clinic.
