The annual Terry Fox Run was held on September 27th at the school. The weather was rainy and very cold so the children did their running / walking in the gym at different times during the day. Thank you to Mrs. Bremner and Mrs. Turabian for organizing this yearly event.
The students and their families donated $395.95 to Canadian Cancer Society Manitoba Division. Last year, Phoenix School donated $388.60 for the Manitoba branch of the Canadian Cancer Association.
Your generosity is greatly appreciated. It is everyone's dream that this terrible disease be eradicated as soon as possible.
