A duo of bowlers from SJASD did an exceptional job competing at the National Bowling Championships held on May 5-7 in Oshawa, Ontario. Hailey R. from St. James Collegiate partnered with Chloe F. from College Sturgeon Heights Collegiate to bring home the National Bronze Medal in Junior Girls Doubles. If that wasn't enough, their Junior Mixed Team earned the National Gold Medal in their category! Congratulations to both Hailey and Chloe, as well as to their two teammates, Aidan and Taron, and to Coach Mr. Devenney from St. James Lanes. Amazing job!
