With the increased transmissibility of the Omicron variant of concern, Public Health staff are anticipating high case numbers of COVID-19 in the short term. In addition to the information on the COVID-19 Dashboard: School-Aged Cases and School Staff Cases in Manitoba, attendance data for our school has been collated as an average percentage of student absenteeism this week related to: COVID related illness (the individual is symptomatic and isolating), isolation related to awaiting results of COVID tests and household isolation.

We continue to ask all families to please notify the school in regards to a known positive COVID-19 case, a suspected COVID-19 case, or any absence related to COVID-19 isolation as it is supportive of our effort to accurately monitor attendance rates.
