Report Card Pick up Dates and Times:
Friday June 26 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 & 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Monday June 29 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 & 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Location: School Field
Please note that we will be setting up Conference Manager (available 9:00 AM Monday June 15) so that you can select a 10 minute time slot for your child to come to the school and pick up their Report Card and belongings. The plan is to set up a table for each classroom teacher in the field. Please remember that we need always use appropriate social distancing and students would be required to exit this area at the end of their time slot.
Rain Day Plan: If it is raining we will set up Report Card Distribution in the following locations:
- Kindergarten & Grade 1 – Mini Gym (enter in from the playground doors)
- Grade 2/ 3 – Library (enter in from the staff parking lot doors/ off Bruce Avenue)
- Grade 4/5 – Main Gym (enter in from the 2nd wing playground doors)
Library Books: Reminder - there is a bin on the Strathmillan front steps from 9 – 4 PM each day for Library Book drop off.
