Attention students who are 17 years or older and interested in donating blood. 

On Wednesday, Feb 1, Sturgeon Heights is participating in the second Blood Donation. The school will take three shuttle buses to Canadian Blood Services at 9:00 am, 10:00 am, and 11:00 am to donate blood to save lives. 

Students who sign up will be excused from their morning classes and receive a free snack before donating. Those who donate will get a blood donor card in the mail and learn their blood type.    Pease see Ms. Blankenborg in Rm 2E4 or Mr. Metcalfe in the gym for permission forms and criteria to be eligible to donate.  

The deadline to sign up is Friday, Jan 27.
