Tickets for the convocation of the Westwood Collegiate graduating class of 2023 are available May 18th at 10 am. Convocation takes place at the Centennial Concert Hall (555 Main Street) on June 28th at 9 am. Please click the link below for detailed information and to reserve your tickets.

Student and Parent Meeting ~ April 26
There will be a presentation from MLCC and important paperwork will be handed out to grads and their parents. This will include paperwork for convocation, grad dinner, safe grad, tickets, costs etc. The student meeting will be at 11am, and the parent meeting will be in the evening at 6 pm.

Yearbook Comments:
Graduates are asked to complete the survey attached for remarks to be displayed beside their graduate yearbook photos. Click here to access the survey.
Convocation Comments:
We are now collecting the student comments that will be displayed behind the graduates as they cross the stage when they receive their diploma. Please click here and complete the attached survey.
Grad Portraits:
Grad Portraits will take place February 6 - 10 in the Drama Room. Click here for instructions and to be directed to the booking portal.
Cookie Dough Fundraiser:
The parent Safe Grad committee is running a Cookie Dough Fundraiser. Click here for details.
NOTE: Cookie Dough fundraiser extended one week. Forms can be dropped off January 23rd during the lunch hour.
Grad Wear:
2023 Grad Wear is now available. Click here to order. Order deadline is November 15th.
Class Rings:
A representative from Jostens will be at Westwood on October 13th with a display of class rings available to Grade 12 students. The rep will be returning October 20th for any students who wish to make a purchase to commemorate their graduation year.

Parents/Guardians of Westwood Graduating Class of 2023:
We would like to invite you to the first meeting for Grad 2023. The meeting will take place on Wednesday September 14th at 6pm in the Westwood Theatre. At this meeting, we would like to provide you with some preliminary dates and information for the upcoming year. We will also discuss the roles of the safe grad parent committee. If you are interested in being part of this committee there will be sign up sheets available. We look forward to seeing you there!
