purposes by the local community and the City of Winnipeg.

Applying for a Community Use of Schools Permit
SJASD is transitioning to a new interactive portal system for facility rentals. Starting September 2, 2025, members of the community may submit facility rental requests through the portal and view real-time information on building availability:
While not yet live for booking requests, community members are encouraged to set up an account now on the portal. Please note that permit requests for facility use during winter, spring, and summer holidays will still be subject to annual deadlines.
Setting Up an Account
- Visit the Portal.
- Click on “Get Started."
- Click “Register" to create your account.
- Verify Your Email: After creating your account, you will receive an email verification. Open the email and click on the verification link to activate your account.
- Log in to Your Account: Once your email is verified, return to the Portal, enter your newly created username and password, and and click the “Login" button.
- Explore Rental Options: Browse available spaces using SJASD's Catalogue and Calendar.
