Hello Parents and Guardians,
Go Jets Go! To show our pride and support for our NHL team throughout the playoffs, we encourage everyone to wear white for each game the Jets play. The next game is scheduled for Tuesday.
On Monday and to recognize Earth day, the entire school will be heading out to the streets in our community to clean up curb sides and public areas with materials supplied by Recycle Everywhere Manitoba. Students will be going out in homerooms from 2:30-3:30 pm.
This coming Saturday we will have a Sci-fi/Fantasy-themed craft sale in the school from 10 am to 3 pm. Over 85 vendors will be in attendance including LARPers (Live Action Role Play), Mandalorian Mercs (cosplay costume club), photobooths, crafts, clothing, games and much more. We are looking for student and parent volunteers (to help with parking). Admission is $2 per person. Please see the attached advertisement and share where appropriate.

We have seen tremendous growth in our student population since spring break, welcoming families from across Winnipeg, Pinawa, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Ghana and Israel. While the classrooms in grades 6 and 8 are now large, the diversity and experiences these new students bring only enrich our school and community – welcome everyone!
