​On October 19th (next Thursday) we will host 120 teachers from across Manitoba at our school and at Discovery Children's Centre.  This all day workshop will be facilitated by Adam Bienenstock (www.naturalplaygrounds.ca) and was planned by the Manitoba Physical Education Teachers Association.   The workshop will run from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm in our school Gym, followed by a tour of Discovery Centre. 

You may find parking difficult to find, and the hallways crowded. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation, as usual, with waiting for your children at dismissal time outside at the front or back doors to avoid any confusion. Thanks for your understanding and support as we reach out to the community beyond Stevenson and Discovery with the importance of re-connecting children to the outdoors.
