April 25th Parent Meeting:

​For those who may have missed the April 25th parent meeting, the following documents were distributed. Please note the forms for Safe Grad are not listed below.

Convocation Tickets:

Click here to be directed to the Centennial Concert Hall portal to order convocation tickets. The portal opens on May 17th. A maximum of 10 tickets can be ordered at this time. On June 7th, the portal opens to allow additional tickets to be purchased. 

Important Meeting (Grads and Parents):

There will be a very important Grad meeting on Thursday April 25th, 11 am for the grads, and 6 pm for the parents. At this time, all the paperwork for Convocation, Dinner and Safe Grad will be distributed. There will also be a presentation from LGCA (Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Association) at both meetings. 

Grad Dinner tickets will be available to be purchased (max 8) using the online portal starting May 1st.

Seat Selection will take place May 22-24.

Class of 2024:

If you have not already done so, please submit your convocation comments (you don't want a blank screen when you walk across the stage!), and yearbook comments (create those memories now!). Submissions are due by March 22/24. Please use the QR code below or pick up paper copies in the office. 

Convocation Comments: These are the comments that are displayed behind you as you cross the stage at convocation.

Yearbook Comments: Graduates have the option to add some personal information beside your photo in the yearbook. You may also bring in or send a baby photo. See Mr. Robson in room 210 or email WestwoodCollgiateYearbook@gmail.com if you have any question or want to submit photos.

Grad Parent Meeting:

​There is a very important meeting for the parents of all 2024 graduates on September 21st at 6:30 pm in the Westwood Theatre. Important topics such as convocation, grad dinner, Safe Grad, fundraising and upcoming important dates will all be discussed. 

Grad Committee:

Any students interested in joining the grad committee can pick up a form in the office. The deadline to return the form to Ms. Walterson is Friday September 22.
