We are so very proud of our Grade 12 Global Issues students who organized and held an evening of Truth and Reconciliation. In recognition of their action, they have been given the “Outstanding Take Action” award from the Manitoba Council for International Cooperation. Thank you to Tréchelle Bunn who made this such a memorable experience and the beginning of a great relationship connecting students to learning more about residential schools and the importance that all of us, Indigenous and non-indigenous people play in this important movement.
