Congratulations to Rachel T., Choral Student of the Month! Rachel is currently in Grade 12 here at Westwood. Whether it's learning challenging vocal arrangements or perfecting the nuances of a piece, Rachel approaches each musical challenge with determination and a positive attitude. She is a highly valued member of the Concert Choir and the Senior Musical Theatre programs. Recently, Rachel blew us all away with her portrayal of Regina George in the musical, Mean Girls.

Rachel is a strong presence in the soprano section of the Concert Choir and always contributes positively to discussions and rehearsals. She has also been a valued member of the St. James-Assiniboia Divisional Choir program since Grade 5. Rachel's future plans include auditioning for the School of Music at the University of Manitoba.

In essence, Rachel is not just a talented singer, she is a dedicated, collaborative, and inspiring member of the choral community. Rachel, thanks for your hard work and for being an outstanding example for all other choral students.
