​Bi-annually, the Early Years Schools in the St. James Assiniboia conduct an online parent survey.  The purpose of this 20 question survey is to gather feedback with regard to a number of topics including :school culture, communication, student assessment practices, school maintenance and technology use . By completing this survey, Crestview School may act on the feedback as we strive for continuous improvement at our school.

Please take a few moments to complete the survey, it is anonymous and the results will be sent to our school for us to collate and report back to the community at the end of June.
