Welcome to our newly updated school website!  Buchanan School is a vibrant learning community where all learners are valued and treated like family. Our mission statement is, “The Buchanan Team is dedicated to personal academic success; respect for individual rights; and celebrating diversity so our students grow as caring, responsible citizens."

We are very proud of the strong sense of community that we have established.  We believe in supporting our students in their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.  We value the active involvement of parents as they are the first and most important teacher in a child's life.  Through an active partnership, we can best collaborate to meet the individual needs of each learner.  

Communication between the home and school is a key factor in building success for students. This website will provide you with general information about the school, including school calendars, monthly newsletters and upcoming events.
