Back in December, 2017 a student came forward and suggested that we do a stuffed animal collection on behalf of the Cuddle4Kids program. The program is designed to give a new or gently-used, but clean, stuffed animal for children who are in crisis.  Usually, the child who is being transported to hospital and is given a stuffed animal to help alleviate their fears and apprehensions. 

Numerous stuffed animals were collected and they are being distributed.  As of yesterday, Ryan dropped off a third of the stuffed animals collected to Headingley Fire Department. Chief Doug Hansen gratefully accepted them on behalf of HFD.  The remainder are intended for other ambulance stations that serve Headingley.
