Parent Council

Phoenix School Parent Council

Phoenix School has an active Parent Council which works cooperatively with the school in the best educational interests of the children.  The Council organizes general meetings of interest to all parents, sponsors fundraising events and co-hosts special activities with the school.  We encourage you to become active with this group for the betterment of your child’s education.

At the last Parent Council Meeting on October 23rd, Parent Council generously supported the special events for students at the school.  Parent Council has agreed to fund the following activities from the monies generated by the Show and Save Books.

Parent Council Meetings
The next Parent Council Meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.

2018-19 Parent Council

The parent council has now been formed for the 2018-19 school year.  The Phoenix School Parent Council Executive members are:

President              Mrs. Y. Dube

Vice-President      Ms A. Ramrattan

Secretary              Mrs. K. Fontaine

Treasurer              Mrs. S. Guarino

Special Lunch Coordinator       Ms A. Ramrattan

Phoenix School Parent Council

Thank you to so many Phoenix School's families for participating in the Parent Council Barbecue and Annual General Meeting on September 25th.  It was so nice to see so many of our families enjoying the good food and fellowship despite the rainy weather.  Thank you to Mrs. Genn and Mrs. Dube for organizing the event for the school and parent community and to all the parent helpers that made this wonderful evening possible.
