Phoenix School Parent Council

Phoenix School has an active Parent Council which works cooperatively with the school in the best educational interests of the children.  The Council organizes general meetings of interest to all parents, sponsors fundraising events and co-hosts special activities with the school.  We encourage you to become active with this group for the betterment of your child’s education.​

Phoenix School Parent Council

Thank you to so many Phoenix School's families for participating in the Parent Council Barbecue and Annual General Meeting on     September 24th.  The Phoenix  families enjoyed the good food and fellowship.  Thank you to the organizers of this special event for the school and the parent community and to all the parent helpers that made this wonderful evening possible.

Thank you for all your hard work and special efforts on behalf of all the children at Phoenix School.

The 2019-20 Phoenix School Parent Council Executive is as follows:

The next Parent Council meeting is December 2 at 7:00 p.m. in the school's staff room.  Everyone is invited to attend.

Parent Council will be implementing a three-part fundraiser starting this month.  All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the Outdoor Classroom.  The sub-committee for the parent council is intending to have the Outdoor Classroom installed on the school    property for Spring, 2021.

The fundraiser will be distributed shortly with the due date for orders being November 27th.  There will be order forms for:

- Bothwell Cheese
- Mighty Meats
- Perfect Perogies.

The concept of this fundraiser is to provide items that will be useful during the upcoming holiday season.
