Convocation is on Wednesday, June 29th at 11am at St Paul the Apostle Church at 2400 Portage Ave. The Graduation Dinner will be on the same day at the Radisson Hotel Downtown, beginning at 6pm. There will not be a Safe Grad this year.
Tickets for the Dinner do not go on sale until early June.
Grad Car Wash
We are still hoping to host an SJC Grad Car Wash fundraiser this year. Details will be updated here soon.
Grad Dinner tickets will be going on sale in Mr. Sculthorp's room (102) in early June. We are just in the process of choosing the menu and setting the price. In order to ensure that all Grads can attend we will be limiting ticket sales to 5 per person (including the Grad) in the first round of ticket sales. All leftover tickets will go on sale on a first come, first serve basis after the initial round of ticket sales.

Winkler's Meats - BBQ Season is coming!
We will be doing another fundraiser to help lower the cost of grad dinner tickets.
Winkler's meats offers a selection of farmer sausage, hot dogs, breakfast sausages, ham and bacon. We will receive 25% profit on all products sold. Orders will be accepted until Tuesday, May 24th. Orders can be paid by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

All Grads are reminded that the deadline for submitting their Volunteer Hours to the office is Wednesday, June 1st. All St James School Division Graduates need 20 volunteer hours this year to earn their SJC Diploma. Please Note that not having the hours DOES NOT prevent anyone from graduating, but they will not be eligible for Divisional Awards or receive diplomas from any school programs such as Autobody or Hairstyling. Please see Mr. Sculthorp in Room 102 if you have any questions.
