Hello Bruce Families!
First off, congratulations to our Tier 1 Boys Basketball team for becoming Divisional CHAMPIONS this past week! Jordan, Jayden, Grayson, Nic, AJ, Agoor, Edwin and Marcus saved their best basketball for the playoffs, capturing upsets along the way. Congratulations and Thank You to Mr. Maranan for his wonderful coaching.
Spirit week is this week, beginning with Monday the Spring Equinox. In addition to classroom activities, we will smudge during the day to recognize this event. Please see the following attachment for details on Spirit Week activities.
Thank you to those that came out last Thursday night for Student-Parent-Teacher triad conferences. If you were unable to make it or book an appointment, please contact your child’s teacher to set up either a virtual or in-person meeting. Report cards will be sent out electronically on April 5th.
Badminton has begun! If your child missed the grade 6 or 7 ID camps this week, they should talk to their PE teacher ASAP. Teams will be chosen shortly.
First day back from spring break will be Monday, April 3rd and the 4th will be a shortened afternoon for our staff meeting.
