On February 27th, Bruce's very own Kickboxing Club finally got off the ground, but, then for warm-up, they got back on the ground and did some good ol' burpees, push-ups, and the like! We have 30 super dedicated kickboxers who are learning to skip, learning footwork, shadowboxing, punches, kicks, balance, and stamina! Eager to learn, they are taking whatever Mrs. Nowosad throws at them. We have so much more to cover, and only about 6 sessions left....so little time. Here are a few shots of the club in action.
