School Registration for 2026-2027



Registration for the 2026-2027 school year begins on Friday, February 6, 2026​.  The school accepts registrations weekdays during regular office hours.

Please contact the school if you have any questions about the programs our school offers or about student registration.

A custodial parent must register the child in person and provide the following documents:
  • Birth Certificate (Original birth certificate is required. Photocopies are not acceptable) 
  • If your child is not born in Canada, you will be required to provide citizenship papers or one of the following documents: Permanent Resident card, Record of Landing, Valid Work Permit/Visa, Valid Study Permit
  • 2 Proofs of Residency (eg.  valid Manitoba driver’s licence, lease agreement, house title or other official documents indicating address of residence.)

Looking to register at a school outside of your catchment area for the 2026-27 school year?

SoC_webnews.jpg​Caregivers that would like to apply for their child to attend a school in SJASD that is out of their current catchment area for the 2026-27 school year may do so beginning at 8 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026. This includes caregivers making Out-of-Division requests. Requests will be processed in the order they were received, and acceptance is not guaranteed.

On Friday, February 13, 2026 at 8:00 am, the online wait list for out of catchment registrations will be open.
