Annual School Plan
Manitoba Education and Training is committed to increasing student achievement, with a focus on literacy and numeracy. To that end, all schools in Manitoba are required to prepare an annual school plan.

- Students will continue to build their literacy, numeracy, and independence through personalized, differentiated instruction that supports their individual goals and encourages active participation in routines and collaboration.
- Students will show stronger engagement, attend more consistently, and take a more active role in learning. They will advocate for themselves, manage routines, work with others, and use personalized strategies to regulate and communicate their needs.
- Students will flourish with steady, coordinated support across teams, in environments grounded in a shared understanding of their strengths and needs.
- Staff will meaningfully weave Indigenous teachings into all subject areas, including athletics and the arts, with guidance from divisional support coaches and the Indigenous education team.
