Gym Riot - Attention Westwood! Gym Riot sign-up is open on the Student Council bulletin board at the front of the school. Gym Riot is one of our biggest Westwood traditions, with games, decorating, dancing, and tons of competitions leading up to the big day.
Sign up with a partner before December 19th to be placed on a team.
Captain sign-ups close December 12th. Captains must be in Grade 12 and sign up as a mixed-gender group of three.
Gym Riot 2026 will be Thursday, March 19th! Don't miss it - sign up this Friday!
Student Council - Wanna take a gamble? Come support Student Council's Grade 11 Fundraiser and purchase raffle tickets in front of the office at lunch today and tomorrow. Enter to win two different baskets and a mystery present! Tickets are $1 for 1, $5 for 7, and $10 for 15. Every $1 spent earns 10 Grade Wars points, all in support of the “Be a Santa for a Senior" fundraiser.
CPR - Exciting opportunity! Get your CPR Level C certification – you will be trained in life-saving CPR techniques for adults and infants. 10 spots are available for CPR Level C Certification training to be held at John Tayler Collegiate, Saturday, Dec. 6, from 9am to 4pm. The cost is $60 for division students, all taxes included. Please see Ms. Bennett asap to get your name on the list!
