Timetable Changes – The timetable list is now complete. If you require a change to your timetable and you were not called down, please go down to Student Services this morning to speak with a counsellor. Thank you for your patience with all the interruptions.
International Students – If you are an International Student and require a timetable change, ensure you have spoken to Alex H. at the International Agency, BEFORE you come down to sign up to see Mrs. Engel on Tuesday.
School Photos – School Photos will take place today. Please attend your regular classes and you will be called down to the Theatre.
Parent Council - Parents and Guardians are invited to a Parent Council Meeting on Tuesday at 6pm in the library.
Yearbooks – Yearbooks will be handed out tomorrow at lunch.

Student Parking – It is currently scramble parking in the student lot. Students may park anywhere in the student lot EXCEPT SPOTS 101-115 as that is staff parking. Parking applications will be available in the office on Friday September 12th and spots may be purchased on Saturday September 20th. There are limited spots available and they are on a first come first served basis. Completed forms are to be returned to the school on Monday September 21st for those who purchased a spot.
Iceland Trip - The vegetable fundraiser has started and runs until Sept 22. Please pick up an information package outside room 219 or check Teams.

Lockers – If you have not already done so, please ensure you have checked in to obtain your locker number and combination from your advisor. Even if you are not using your locker right now, please ensure you have this information as the lists are coming down next week.

All students are welcome – no prior experience is necessary.

Hockey Timekeepers – APHA/SJAMHA will be hiring 40-50 timekeepers for the 2025-26 season. Details are on the school website with the Announcements
APHA/SJAMHA will be hiring 40-50 timekeepers for the 2025-2026 season.
As a timekeeper you will have the opportunity to participate in minor hockey games by
-working the clock,
-filling in the game sheet,
-collaborating with on-ice officials to apply the rules,
-and managing players as they enter and leave the penalty bench.
As part of this role, you will receive mentorship. You will also be paid a game fee for each game you work. Payroll occurs on a schedule of approximately once per month, during the season, using direct deposit. You may find game fee information at https://www.wpgrefs.com/hw-game-fees
