How to Register:
CSHC current students will receive their Senior Year's Student Registration Form and Course Selection Sheet from our school on
February 4th, 2026. These forms are to be returned to the school office no later than
February 9, 2026. SJASD families with students currently in Grade 8 will receive a Senior Years' Student Registration Form from their current middle school on February 6, 2026. This form is to be returned to the middle school no later than February 20, 2026. Please join us on February 10th at 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 for our Registration Support Evening.

- New student registration support evening was February 10th at 6:00 pm. This meeting is for parents/caregivers of incoming grade 9 students, students who are currently in grade 8 and live in our catchment.
- Returning student registration support evening is February 11th at 6:00 pm. This meeting is for parents/caregivers of all current students, students who already attend CSHC and are currently in grades 9, 10 or 11.
NOTE: The final process of completing registration MUST be completed at Sturgeon Heights Collegiate using our computer and using our PowerSchool portal. This process MUST also be supervised and signed off by administration and/or our student services teachers. This procedure is outlined in this presentation (or this readable PDF)
