 Congratulations to the Girls hockey team as they defeated Lorette yesterday 1-0 in their playoff game forcing game 3 today at 4:10 at Ab McDonald Arena. With a goal by Akira and strong goaltending by Amy and Mila, the Huskies were the hardest working team on the ice and it paid off! Let's fill the stands today Huskies and support the team on their playoff run! The team would love to see students and teachers there.

Black History Month Movies:  For any students who would like to watch the conclusion of The Hate U Give at lunch today, please go to room 2C3.

There is a mandatory meeting for anyone who is going on the ski and snowboard trip on Tuesday at lunch in E2.

Night at the Heights is calling all volunteers who are interested in making one of Sturgeon's biggest events come to life! If you are looking to get serving experience this is the event for you!! Deadline to register for University
The deadline for registering for University of Manitoba, the University of Winnipeg or the Université de St Boniface is March 1^st , in order to be considered for entrance scholarships in the Fall. Need help with your application? Come see one of the Guidance Counsellors.

Vancouver Film School   
The Vancouver Film School will be hosting an info session about their program on March 17^th at 6PM at the Alt Hotel. Working as a Page
The Legislative Assembly of Manitoba is looking for Grade 11 and 12 students to serve as Legislative Pages. Pages work in the Assembly Chamber and Committees with Members and Officers of the Assembly. The deadline to apply is March 5th. Please see Mme Vermesse with your resume if you would like to be considered for this paid position.

Félicitations à l'équipe féminine de hockey qui a vaincu Lorette hier 1-0 lors de son match éliminatoire, offrant ainsi un troisieme match aujourd'hui à 16h10 à l'aréna Ab McDonald. Grâce à un but d'Akira et aux excellentes performances des gardiennes Amy et Mila, les Huskies ont été l'équipe la plus combative sur la glace et leurs efforts ont porté leurs fruits ! Venez nombreux encourager l'équipe dans son parcours en série éliminatoire ! L'équipe serait ravie de voir les élèves et les enseignants présents.

Date limite d'inscription à l'université
Élèves de douzième année, si vous prévoyez étudier à l'Université du Manitoba, à l'Université de Winnipeg ou à l'Université de Saint-Boniface à l'automne, n'oubliez pas de vous inscrire avant le 1er mars pour être admissible aux bourses d'entrée. Des Bénévoles pour ''Night at the Heights''
Night at the Heights appelle tous les bénévoles intéressés à aider à donner vie à l'un des plus grands événements de Sturgeon ! Si vous souhaitez acquérir de l'expérience en service, c'est l'événement qu'il vous faut !! Il y aura une réunion ce vendredi à midi dans la salle de coiffure. Travailler en tant que Pages
L'Assemblée législative du Manitoba recherche des élèves de 11e et 12e année pour servir en tant que Pages législatifs. Les Pages travaillent dans la chambre de l'Assemblée et dans les comités avec les membres et les agents de l'Assemblée. La date limite pour postuler est le 5 mars. École de Cinéma de Vancouver   
L'École de Cinéma de Vancouver organisera une séance d'information sur leur programme le 17 mars à 18h à l'hôtel Alt. Découvrez en détail leurs programmes de production primés et de pointe dans les domaines du cinéma, de l'animation, des jeux, du design et au-delà, l'expérience des étudiants de la VFS, et pourquoi ils ont été classés parmi les meilleures écoles de cinéma en Amérique du Nord.
