Vancouver Film School   ​

The Vancouver Film School will be hosting an info session about their program on March 17^th at 6PM at the Alt Hotel. Discover in detail their award-winning, industry-leading production programs in Film, Animation, Game, Design, & beyond, the VFS student experience, and why they've been ranked a Leading Film School in North America. You need to register for the presentation. ​Working as a Page
The Legislative Assembly of Manitoba is looking for Grade 11 and 12 students to serve as Legislative Pages. Pages work in the Assembly Chamber and Committees with Members and Officers of the Assembly. The deadline to apply is March 5th. Please see Mme Vermesse with your resume if you would like to be considered for this paid position.

The Festival du Voyageur and Francophonie Week for our school will take place next week. Many activities have been organized, and there are numerous prizes to be won. One of the activities is Spirit Week, which is organized as follows:

• Monday: Toque Day
• Tuesday: Métis Culture and Fleur-de-Lis Day; dress in blue and white
• Wednesday: Plaid Day
• Thursday: Manitoba Day
• Friday: Voyageur Day

La semaine du festival du voyageur et de la francophonie
La semaine du festival du voyageur pour notre école et de la francophonie est la semaine prochaine. Beaucoup d'activités sont organisées et il y a beaucoup de prix à gagner. Une des activités est la semaine d'esprit qui est repartie de la manière suivante :

Lundi : journée de la touque

Mardi : journée de la culture métisse et des fleurs de lis; habillez-vous en bleu et blanc

Mercredi : journée à carreaux

Jeudi : journée manitobaine

Vendredi : journée du voyageur

Des Bénévoles pour ''Night at the Heights''
Night at the Heights appelle tous les bénévoles intéressés à aider à donner vie à l'un des plus grands événements de Sturgeon ! Si vous souhaitez acquérir de l'expérience en service, c'est l'événement qu'il vous faut !! Il y aura une réunion ce vendredi à midi dans la salle de coiffure. Inscrivez-vous en utilisant les codes QR sur les affiches affichées dans l'école. Pour plus de détails, voyez Mme Foubister ou Mme Kerr.

Travailler en tant que Pages
L'Assemblée législative du Manitoba recherche des élèves de 11e et 12e année pour servir en tant que Pages législatifs. Les Pages travaillent dans la chambre de l'Assemblée et dans les comités avec les membres et les agents de l'Assemblée. La date limite pour postuler est le 5 mars.
