Grad 2021 is only 11 weeks away! Graduates, here is a to-do list while the countdown is on:
- Complete your Convocation and Yearbook comments - hand them into the office ASAP.
- Grad photos are taking place April 19 - 23rd - the site has opened for booking your time.
- Watch carefully for announcements and messages regarding meetings for grad.

- When the work feels insurmountable slow down, but don't stop! Practise the difficult skills of stick-to-it-ness and Grit:
- Break your tasks into even smaller tasks, give yourself a time limit (20-30 mins) to work at each one, cross them off your list, take a small break, repeat.
- Be kind to yourself, stay in contact with your teachers so they know where you are at.
- DO NOT pull all nighters, a regular sleep schedule and proper rest (and nutrition) is necessary for continued energy and eliminating brain fog.
- Gently push yourself to complete current and outstanding assignments - universities will base program entrance and scholarships on the April report card (U of W, CMU and Brandon
U will also consider upgrades made on your T4 report card).
- Specifically build time to relax and rejuvenate into your schedule throughout the spring - GO OUTSIDE - sit on the grass in the sun,
put your phone away for a scheduled break, go for a walk with a friend, snuggle your pet, etc.
