COVID-19 has heightened our fears and sense of uncertainty which can leave us feeling overwhelmed by negative thoughts, emotions, feeling stressed, and anxious. In this interactive session, cognitive behaviour therapy tools and strategies will be provided that increase the ability to cope with stress, help us fight back against anxiety and deal with life's challenges.
