​Starting Strong (formerly known as the St. James-Assiniboia Parent Child Coalition) is a free program for families with children 1- 4 years of age. Our organization features fun and engaging programs that support the importance of play in promoting healthy child development. All programs provide opportunities for parents/caregivers and child to participate together to ensure all children reach their full potential.
