Social Media for Boomers

Resistance Training

Join this experienced instructor and learn how resistance training can improve muscle strength and endurance.  Push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges and step-ups are just some of the exercises that you can do to strengthen your body.  Recommended for all age groups.

Introduction to MS Word 2016

Learn the basics of MS Word 2016 by creating, editing, inserting, saving and printing documents in the first class.  In the second week, we will visit various templates you can use for different types of cards, calendars, cover letters and resumes.

Mandalas & Meditation

This unique workshop invites you to explore your soul through Mandala painting. The practice of painting is meditative, healing and joyful. Through guided meditation, we contact our inner artist. This workshop will give you the tools to use Mandala as a way of de-stressing your body, mind and spirit. In the class we will draw seven "Chakra symbol  Mandalas". No previous experience is necessary. A handout will be sent to the participants.

Fun with your Instantpot

Introduction to Gluten- Free Baking

Are you interested in learning about gluten-free baking?  Then this class is for you!  Learn tips and fundamentals along with live demonstrations by the instructor.  An ingredient list will be e-mailed to you ahead of the class so you can bake along with the Instructor.
