In the St.
James-Assiniboia School Division, we are committed to the Manitoba Education
vision of ensuring that "all students
from kindergarten through grade 12 are provided with opportunities to develop
the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to develop active and healthy
lifestyle habits."
In addition, three
groups provide the organizational structure to deliver extracurricular
activities that promote physical literacy, fair play, leadership, and good
citizenship through healthy athletic competition in St. James Assiniboia:
The Grade 4-5 St James-Assiniboia Early Years Athletic Association.
The Grade 6-8 St James-Assiniboia Middle Years Athletic
Association
The Grade 9-12 West Winnipeg Athletic Conference.
