On behalf of the Board of Trustees I would like to thank staff, students, families, and our community for another great year of growing and learning together. The work we do today to support our children tomorrow helps to create a generation full of possibilities—one that is committed to democracy, justice, and tolerance.

During the holidays, I encourage students, staff and community members to seek balance: do things that bring joy, but be sure to prioritize time to rest, reflect, and recharge. Keep those who are less fortunate in your minds and hearts, as we know this time of the year can be especially difficult for many.

Looking forward to the year ahead, St. James-Assiniboia remains committed to listening to diverse voices and perspectives and encouraging respectful discourse, all while remaining steadfast in our commitment to safe, caring, and inclusive schools.
