​Staff, parents and community members are invited to attend an in-person Public Budget Meeting on Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the SJASD Board Office at 2574 Portage Avenue.

This annual public budget meeting is an important opportunity for staff, parents and community members to hear from the Board of Trustees on the status of SJASD's finances, as well as draft plans to continue to support and improve student learning in 2024-25.

This year, the meeting will be held in-person only. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A with the Board of Trustees. No registration is required.

The event is open to the public and all stakeholders are encouraged to attend. One day prior to the public meeting, the 2024-25 Draft Budget will be posted to the Budget section of our website.

Once community feedback is compiled, the draft budget will be finalized, voted on at a Board Meeting on March 5, and submitted to the provincial government before March 31.
